A downloadable game for Windows, macOS, and Linux

Here is the game I made for the GameMaker Studio 2 - Beta Jam.

GMS2 is a product I have looked at for about 2 years but have never taken a run at creating and complete something from start to finish. This was that & It was great! I spent about 4/5 hours solid work on it and I'm happy with the results in some different ways.

GameMaker sure is fun and easy to use BUT it won't make you a great artist (right away), so sorry about that part. I did the 'art' things.

I tried to use tiles and cameras as these are elements of Studio 2 I am not all the familiar with and that was good.

The game itself is just a 'stay alive - shot badthings - collect ammo' because I am creatively void of thinking outside of shooty video games.

The theme of 'Arena' got away from me as I just kept coming up with ideas as I went... SO I guess the 'Arena' was my mind ~~ (sure?).

For the sound; I used this pretty rad tool: http://sfbgames.com/chiptone/
